What it is

Rillbreak offers short nature soundscapes with an optional breathing guide for general relaxation. Rillbreak is designed for general relaxation and well-being. It is not a medical device, has not been evaluated by the FDA, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have concerns about your health, talk to a healthcare professional.

Use it gently

• Keep breathing gentle. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and breathe normally.
• Don't use it while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
• Keep headphone volume at a comfortable level.

Your access

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to stream the content for your own use. Please don't copy, download, redistribute or resell the audio, or try to get around access controls.

Our content

The soundscapes, images, text and software are owned by Rillbreak or its licensors. Sound-Tracing® is a registered trademark used with permission.

Changes and availability

We may update, add or remove content and features. We'll try to keep Rillbreak available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers

Rillbreak is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
